| |
Buying and selling a house is the biggest financial transaction in most people's lives and real estate sales agents are involved in every part of the process. They perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts. But selling real estate is not just about sales commissions, it is about people's dream and few things are more satisfying than matching the right family to the right house. |

If you meet the requirements, you must first successfully complete a 60-hour pre-licensing education course. We recommend Vitousek Real Estate School. They co-authored the book used by most real estate schools today. They also have the largest number of graduates and guarantee "Pass or Pay Nothing." | |

Once you complete the course, you must then pass the salesperson's examination before applying for the license. To receive an active license (meaning you can be paid), you must be employed or associated with a licensed real estate broker.
